UnblurImage AI provides an AI-powered online platform that enables users to enhance, unblur, upscale, and restore digital images. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
The Service is provided via a web-based interface accessible at https://unblurimage.ai. Features and availability may vary based on your subscription plan or credit balance.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You may register using your Google account via OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful conduct.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
We offer limited free usage of the Service to unregistered and registered users. Free usage limits are determined at our sole discretion and are subject to change without notice. Free usage may be subject to daily or monthly caps enforced via device fingerprinting and account tracking.
We offer subscription plans and one-time credit packages (collectively, "Paid Plans"). Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. One-time credit packages are billed once at the time of purchase. Credits purchased in one-time packages do not expire. Subscription credits are valid for the duration of the active subscription period.
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes to subscription plans will take effect at the next billing cycle, with prior notice provided to you via email or through the Service.
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the applicable renewal fee to your payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to subscription features and any remaining subscription credits until that date. To cancel, please visit your account settings or contact us at [email protected].
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase date, provided that you have consumed fewer than 20 credits during that period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these criteria.
One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you experience a technical failure attributable to our Service that prevents the successful processing of an image, please contact us within 7 days of the incident and we will investigate and, if appropriate, restore the consumed credits or issue a refund.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details, account email, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts.
The Service, including its software, AI models, algorithms, user interface, design, text, graphics, logos, and all other content created by us, is owned by UnblurImage AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain all ownership rights in the original images you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading images to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and temporarily store your images solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use your original or enhanced images for advertising, AI training, or any other purpose beyond providing the Service, without your explicit consent.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the enhanced output images generated by the Service from your original images.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly submitted to us.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or processed through our Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification to us at [email protected] containing all of the following information:
Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content, in accordance with applicable law including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
Please note that under applicable law you may be held liable for damages if you knowingly and materially misrepresent that content is infringing. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is infringing, we recommend consulting a legal advisor before submitting a notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY OUTPUT IMAGES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNBLURIMAGE AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnblurImage AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms and policies.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect paid features. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property rights or urgent remedies.
If arbitration is not permitted in your jurisdiction, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes affecting paid services, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and UnblurImage AI with respect to the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the same subject matter.
